Tasty! Food was good and fresh. Service was quick but not very friendly. Grilled Chicken banh mi was good and decent price. Good veggies but chicken had a burnt fat flavor probably from the little oven they used to heat it. If I'm in tukwila/kent area and want a banh mi, it's where I go. Better taste and prices than Banh Mi Station at Lam's.

Not much to say besides it's a damn good banh mi. I've had banh mi in here in Seattle, San Jose, Orange County, Houston. Still one of the best. Been eating here for years. We recently placed an order for 100 for a relative's funeral and they fulfilled and delivered the order. Everyone loved it.

Dropped by Taste ToGo Bahn Mi Shop for the convenience, since we were in the area. I'm glad that we did, because I actually enjoyed their grilled chicken Bahn mi. It was blasting with flavors and something different about it, too. They had added some grilled or sautéed green onions. I haven't had that in my Bahn mi, but it did add a different twist to it and it was not bad at all! The man that helped he, he was delightful and easy to talk to because I did order an avocado smoothie to go with my sandwich. He was very helpful with my question and I didn't have to wait long for my food. For the smoothie, I thought it was okay. I didn't taste much of the avocado and it was a little bit on the sweeter side. The other thing is that it was a little pricey for these 2 items, which came out to be about $18/$19. As for the ambience, it's a deli. It's cute, clean and that's a plus!! All and all, it's not bad if you're looking for bahn mi in Renton. Especially if you're hungry after running some errands around the area.

This time I ordered the Dac Biet Banh Mi. Momma was there but I still got the fellow that reminds me of grumpy cat to take my order. Maybe the son who has to work there. He's probably not happy about his situation as I went out of my way to be succinct, polite and friendly with my order. Not crazy about this aspect but I don't come here for personality. This time around I got away from the hot grilled pork I usually go for. The dac biet has much more variety with viet cold cuts, fresh veg, and more of that great pate'! It's not as hot temp wise but much more flavorful than the others! So rich and loaded I struggled to finish it. Spend the extra dollar, get past grumpy cat, and get a Dac Biet.

Nice surprise to the normal run of the mill Vietnamese sandwich. They make their own pate and her sister has a bakery who makes the baguette. Everything is made there. Had the grilled sandwich and it was a nice change from the usual. We also ordered the compo for later and it was very good. Planning to return again when in the area or when we are shopping at the Great Wall
